Our Story

Jimmy’s Pet Care started in April of 2024, founded by Grey Flowers and Jessamyn Daniel with the intention of changing the landscape of the pet care industry in the DMV after being burnt by other pet care businesses over the years. Enrichment, communication and community come to mind when it comes to proper pet care, and Jimmy’s Pet Care strives to hit each mark with each service they provide. With those basic principles in place, Jimmy’s Pet Care has steadily grown and the pets in the DMV are better for it!

How this works

  1. Make an account

Create an account for our client portal, upload your pet’s vaccine records and set up payment! Don’t worry about filling everything out unless you really want to!

2. Set up a free consultation

Request a free onboarding consultation. This helps us find what you’re looking for and gets us a chance to know each other a little more! This is all virtual, can either be a quick phone call or a video call.

3. Caretaker meet & greet

When you hire Jimmy’s Pet Care, you get an entire support team led by certified trainers. We’ll set up a meet and greet where one or more of our team will meet you, your companion, and make sure all the vibes are emaculate.

4. You’re in!

Now the fun begins! Request services to your heart’s content and begin a fun, force free journey and relationship with us with unlimited support, troubleshooting, and love.

Our Services

  • Daily, Bi-weekly, or weekly walks with your companion. Includes feeding, water refresh, medication (excluding non-pill medication, please inquire about diabetic, nebulizer, etc treatment)

  • We spend the night at your place and care for your companion while you’re away! Includes walks, feedings, and daily chores of course!

  • Private training? No problem. Group classes? We got you. Let’s learn together how to communicate with your companion.

  • Even our spicy friends need care. We offer the same services, but a little extra cost to account for the skill level and experience of our caretaker. Dogs with bite histories must be muzzled trained. We offer muzzle training as well.
